Talent Evaluation Process

Every candidate we speak with is spoken to over the phone and even have been including more video conferencing pre-screenings lately as part of our identification process. Once we get a full understanding of the candidates past performance we will then run through a technical skill assessment, “soft” skill evaluation, and for some clients we can even perform a formal reference check review, and criminal background check.
