Once you are ready to take the next step with the candidate and bring them on board, we will coordinate with you both to make sure all of the details and negotiations regarding salaries and benefits are clear to both parties. This is very important to make sure everyone is happy with the deal. If it's for 1099 contractors we will communicate with candidate all of the details regarding their tax responsibilities etc. If it's for a full time position we can further assist you in any way you need regarding the details about their benefits and more.

Skill Assessments

While we help you find candidates you need, we analyze their skill sets in multiple ways ahead of you taking the responsibility on your own. This process can be time consuming especially if you are processing tens to hundreds of candidates to find the right fit for your position. We will analyze your job requirements, ask candidates questions regarding their past performance, work through some skill assessment tests, and even have in depth technical interviews if requested. Whatever we can do to help.

Background Checks

It is important to make sure the right person is being hired for your positions, but making sure they are good people without any personal conflicts will make for a healthy workplace environment too. Most HR departments and hiring teams have their own process in place for background checks and government clearances, but if you would like us to run candidates through background checks prior to your candidate review process we can definitely make this happen.

Talent Evaluation Process

Every candidate we speak with is spoken to over the phone and even have been including more video conferencing pre-screenings lately as part of our identification process. Once we get a full understanding of the candidates past performance we will then run through a technical skill assessment, “soft” skill evaluation, and for some clients we can even perform a formal reference check review, and criminal background check.
